Parent Meeting: Please plan to attend a mandatory General Meeting for parents and swimmers

on May 31st at 6:00pm. The meeting will be at the pool- please arrive on time!

Tryouts for all new Swimmers: May 31st at 5pm at the pool. If you are a brand new swimmer, do not be intimidated by "tryouts"- they are simply a chance for the coaches to get to know your ability so they can support your growth and improvement! 

Volunteers:  In order for the Swim Team to function, we need a lot of hands to help! All families participating on the Swim Team are expected to volunteer. For those families where it is difficult to volunteer on the day of meets, there are plenty of other ways you can help. Full parent participation is expected in order to help make the team a success. 

​Registration: For liability purposes, your swimmer is NOT allowed to swim on the team until fees are paid in full and the online AAU registration is completed.

*Lochearn Pool Memberships must be current and paid in full before your children may join the team or swim at practice.*

SWIM TEAM PRACTICE SCHEDULE
June 3  through June 14 (before public schools let out): 
Monday – Friday: 4:00pm – 6:00pm

From June 17 through the end of the season (after public schools let out):
Monday – Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.*
Ages 10 and under: 9 - 10 am; 11 and up: 9-11 am
All ages: Tues/Thurs:  4:00pm– 6:00pm (*those who cannot make morning practice)

Swim-a-thon (major fundraiser for the swim team)

will be July 6th from 6pm-6am on July 7th

SWIM MEET SCHEDULE

Meet start time is 9:00 am. Warm-ups are at 7:30 am for home meets, 8:00 for away.  Please arrive prior to warm-ups. Meets typically last until 11:30 or 12 and Tri-meets will last longer.
