If you are a bonded member who wishes to terminate your membership and be considered for a refund of bond payment, you must complete the Bond Redemption Request Form.
Once we receive the completed form, we will inform you of the status of your request and your queue in the list for bond redemption. The full amount of the face value on your bond, less any dues or assessments owed to Lochearn Community Club, will be refunded to you when a new member is available to purchase the bond. Bonds will be redeemed in the order in which requests are received.
Please note your bond deposit can be designated as a donation to LCC, or you can gift your bond to another pool member to help them complete their requirement
IMPORTANT: If your contact information changes (email, phone number, address), it is your responsibility to update the pool board by emailing lochearnswim@gmail.com. If we do not have updated contact information, we may be unable to reach you regarding bond redemption which may lead to forfiture of your bond.
