Membership to the Lochearn Community Club swimming pool is accepting new members!
MEMBERSHIP CATEGORIES
Full Membership: Join LCC and purchase a bond to become a member-owner of the pool. The $300 bond may be paid in two $150 installments over two years or paid all at once in the first year of full membership.
Trial Membership: “Try us out” for one-year-only membership. Trial members pay the same dues as full members, but are not responsible for a bond payment. Trial members who want to return to LCC must convert to full members and begin the process of bonding to become a member-owner.
End of Season Membership: Full privileges for use of the Club during the month of August through Labor Day and includes all individuals residing in the applicant’s household.
FULL MEMBERSHIP PLANS
Family Membership: $625 annual dues
Up to two (2) adults and up to five (5) children permanently residing in the same household
Two-Person Membership: $530 annual dues
Two (2) individuals permanently residing in the same household
Single Membership: $450 annual dues
Individual membership, applicant must be 18 years of age or older
Senior Membership: $500 annual dues
Up to two (2) adults, one of whom is 60 years of age or older
Single Senior Membership: $410 annual dues
Individual must be 60 years of age or older
ADDITIONAL FEES
There is a $55.00 application fee for new applicants.
All members incur a $150 annual maintenance fee. Members can choose to pay the fee or work off the fee by volunteering at least 4 hours during member clean-up days.
A $300 bond may be paid in three annual installments or paid all at once in the first year of full membership.
Late fees will apply to outstanding dues past the annual payment deadline.
